Rich website content such as our medical provider list, dysautonomia handouts, patient handbook, assistive technology handbook, and thriving series handbooks
DSN patient support events such as ongoing medical webinars
Virtual community gatherings of our members such as yoga for dysautonomia patients, paint parties, game nights and more
Advocacy efforts
National advocacy and organization expenses
Awareness programming such as Dysautonomia Awareness Month
Direct Donations
The easiest method for donating to DSN is via the link below. You can choose to make a one-time donation or to give on a monthly basis. No amount is too small to make a difference. 100% of your donation will go directly to DSN community, education, and awareness efforts.

Donate Unused Gift Cards
At Charity Choice you can donate your unused store and restaurant gift cards to DSN. You will receive a tax receipt for the entire full value or any unused balance of your card.
You simply search for your card merchant, and then enter the card number, pin, and an estimate of the balance of funds on the card. Next select ‘Dysautonomia Support Network’ as your charity of choice. Donate Your Card will confirm the exact amount with the merchant and donate the majority of the proceeds to DSN less a small processing fee which also goes to charity.

Purchase a Gift Card In Honor of a Friend or Loved One
When celebrating a loved one, you can purchase a donation card in their honor or memory using Charity Choice.
There are two ways to share the card with a loved one:
- Print the card from your computer to give as a gift
- Post on your loved one’s Facebook Wall and Twitter Feed
Simply follow each easy step to choose a card, choose ‘Dysautonomia Support Network’ as your charity and add a personalized message.

FUNDRAISE
There are many ways to raise funds and awareness on behalf of DSN. We believe fundraising should be accessible, enjoyable, social, and benefit DSN members today and in the future.
Shop with iGive
iGive is a way you can support DSN every time you shop online with ease and at no additional cost. iGive is a free service where shopping at any of 2095 stores like Walmart, Travelocity, Overstock, and many more, means a donation to your favorite cause. Once you download iGive and choose DSN as your charity of choice, iGive will donate a portion of your eligible purchases to DSN with every eligible purchase.
Host a Facebook Fundraiser
One of the easiest ways to spread awareness and raise funds for DSN is by hosting a free online Facebook fundraiser. You can host a Facebook fundraiser at any time. Some fundraising theme ideas include: donate your birthday, celebrate your diagnosis date, raise awareness in October for Dysautonomia Awareness Month, and fundraise during Giving Tuesday in November.
Regardless of the occasion, follow these steps to raise awareness and funds.

Additional Types of Local Fundraisers
Hosting a local fundraising event is an effective, grassroots way for members to raise awareness about dysautonomia and raise money to help deliver resources and support services through DSN! Local fundraisers for DSN in the past have included retail stores, restaurants, or salons donating a portion of their business revenue on a particular day for anyone who mentions DSN, paint or pottery parties, scavenger hunts, and community walks.
GroupRaise is an organization that matches local restaurants with causes. To organize a restaurant fundraiser go to GroupRaise and type in your address to find restaurants near you that have donation programs. Select a date and time that works for you, your family, and friends.
Are you interested in hosting a local fundraiser? Contact our Administrative Manager who will reach out to you to discuss your plan and provide support and advice.

Host an Online Fundraiser
Many of our members host online sales events for their products and donate a portion of their profits to DSN as a way to raise awareness. Some locations have access to nonprofit organizations that pick up unused items and donate a part of their proceeds to DSN such as Recycle 2 Support.
