How to Request a Proclamation
Having your hometown, county, or state officially declare an Awareness Month is much simpler than you may think. It requires your town or county council to pass a non-binding resolution. Begin the process approximately 2 months earlier than the awareness month that you are requesting be recognized to coordinate with your state or local government officials.
